The Search for the Great Pumpkin

On Monday morning (because it was a delightful federal holiday) we arrived at a local farm for pumpkin picking bright and early. After a dusty tractor ride out to the fields, we let OBB wander through the pumpkins and vines and dirt, in a search for the perfect sized pumpkin for a little boy. Here are a few pictures from his adventure...

Starting the search...

You mean I can pick any one I want?

How about this one?

We found it!

How fun! Did they have a corn maze at the pumpkin farm? We took the kids to a farm in Dayton Maine a couple weeks ago that had a corn maze...it took us about 30 minutes to get out! They also had a tractor ride out to the pumpkin patch and some playground toys as well. IT was fun.
