Unfortunately, it's rotting and in need of repair.
So the men of the house are hard at work doing just that. The first thing they did was to take down the railing...
which ended up in the trailer.
Then they started pulling up the flooring...
which also ended up in the trailer...
And then we had to truck the new wood in...using the ramp truck of course. Here is the ramp truck backing across my front lawn.
This year's renovation project is still underway, so I will post more updates as they develop. We're replacing the wood floor with Trex and the railings with vinyl - a combination that should help the new deck hold up much better than its predecessor.
