On Friday night, we moved out the crib, set up his bed, and made a lot of hoopla about the "big boyness" of it all.
He didn't look happy when we put him in the new bed, but he went to sleep fine and only fell out once, around 1 a.m. My WH ran in there, picked him up off the pillows we had strategically placed on the floor to break any fall and placed him back in the bed while OBB stayed pretty much asleep. Since then, we haven't had any problems with going to sleep at night or naptime. OBB did manage to climb into his crib yesterday afternoon, just to let us know that he knows it was his first. But hopefully, he won't try that when there's a baby in there!

How can he be big enough for a big boy bed???? They grow so very fast. I remember those days of moving one out, so another could use the crib! I love his bedding and his lamp is so cute!!
i also love his bedding! How do you find nice, simple bedding for kids without a character theme anymore? :)
