But last night was when the real partying started with our annual Sunday School Class Valentine's Dinner. We enjoyed some lovely Italian food and then the games began. My WH and I are, ahem, a little competitive and this year, we came out the victors after 4 challenges and 2 tie breakers!
The challenges included finding a piece of candy in a plate of whipped cream, blowing up as many balloons as you could as a couple in one minute, tying a tie on your husband, and blindfolding your husband and directing him to a location in the room all while standing against the wall. When the challenges had comcluded, we were tied for first with another couple, so we moved onto the tie breaker. They tried hula hoops, but that didn't work because they couldn't keep them going long enough (although my WH spun that thing around his neck for a LONG time waiting for the other guy to get going).
So for the final tie breaker, we had to run across the room with a ball between our heads.
And we won!
It was a fun way to celebrate Valentine's with my Sweetie!
